REFUND POLICY

Virtual Assistants Brunch Club and The VA Toolbox Membership Terms and Conditions:

By joining Virtual Assistants Brunch Club (VAB) and The VA Toolbox Membership you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

The content within Virtual Assistants Brunch Club and The VA Toolbox is access only.


You will be able to access it as long as you are an active member, the content may not be downloaded unless specifically noted in cases of worksheets, templates, etc.


Payments for all members will draft every 30 days from the card information provided on file. This will be 30 days from the date you signed up so please note accordingly.


If your initial payment does not process, you will be sent an email requesting your information to be updated. After the second attempt, if your payment does not process your membership will be canceled.

You may re-enroll in the future during open enrollment if desired at the current membership price.


If your membership is canceled due to non-payment and it has to be reinstated you will lose access to bonus content or special offers.


MEMBERSHIP PLANS CANCELLATION : You may cancel your membership at any time, but to avoid drafts you must provide at least a 72-hour advance notice of your draft date by emailing hello@virtualassistantsbrunch.com


MEMBERSHIP PLANS REFUND POLICY:
No refunds will be issued for any monthly payments and monthly fees will not be prorated. All requests for cancellation will be processed immediately and you will be removed from the membership content, mailing list, and VAB community when your cancellation is processed. 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

No refunds will be issued for any digital product that has been delivered, irregardless if it has been opened, used and downloaded. All sales are final. 

PHYSICAL/TANGIBLE PRODUCTS:

Products ordered at our VAB Online Store are fulfilled in the US by Spring (formerly Teespring.com). If you're not 100% satisfied with your physical order, let us know and we'll make it right. Learn more about TeeSpring's return policy here

EVENT REGISTRATION POLICIES:

All registration/tickets are non-transferable. Before purchasing, ensure you are able to attend the event or experience and are registering under the correct name and e-mail. 

EVENT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Unfortunately, all sales are final unless the event or experience is cancelled by the organizer. All payments are final and there are no refunds.

IN-PERSON EVENT CHECK-IN:

Majority of our events are private. The location is disclosed after purchase. On the day of the event, there will be a greeter awaiting your arrival at check-in. You do not need to print a paper ticket to be admitted. Please be prepared to show your electronic ticket and legal I.D. at the entrance. 

VIRTUAL EVENT CHECK-IN:

Majority of our virtual events are on video conferencing and is disclosed after purchase. On the day of the event you will receive a reminder email in your inbox with the details. Arrive on time. Display your name on your screen so our attendant can quickly recognize your name and admit you in the room. Turn on your camera. If you arrive late, please MUTE yourself and wait for the host to give further instruction. Download any materials sent to you in advance. If you are unable to enter the room, please text us during the event to let us know at 321-312-0632. We will not answer any emails once the event has started. Most events are not recorded, attendance is highly recommended. See the description of the event whether it indicates if the event will be recorded. Please do not email us requesting a replay video. If there is one available it will be sent to all participants within 72 hours after the event and upload to your member dashboard here.

AGE REQUIREMENT:

Guests must be 18 years or older to attend. Children under 18 are not permitted. Adults must be 21 and show ID to drink any alcoholic beverages served during the event.

CODE OF CONDUCT VIOLATION

Members found violating our terms, policies or community guidelines will be removed, no questions asked. Read our guidelines to remain compliant.
