REFUND POLICY

Thank you for being a part of the Virtual Assistants Brunch Club. We appreciate your participation and support in our community. By joining Virtual Assistants Brunch Club (VAB) Membership you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. The content within Virtual Assistants Brunch Club and The VA Toolbox is access-granted only.


We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for any payments made towards our services. This page will outline our refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency.


You will be able to access it as long as you are an active member, the content may not be downloaded unless specifically noted in cases of worksheets, templates, etc.


I. Membership Fees:

   - If you have paid a membership fee for the Virtual Assistants Brunch Club, please note that it is non-refundable.

   - We invest significant resources into providing exclusive content, resources, and benefits to our members throughout the duration of their membership.

  • All requests for Membership cancellation will be processed immediately and you will be removed from the membership content, mailing list, and VAB community when your cancellation is processed. 

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but to avoid drafts you must cancel your membership [72 hours] prior to the next billing cycle. 


II. Membership Payment Policy:

To ensure a seamless payment process and maintain your membership benefits, please review the following policy:


Payment Schedule:

   - Payments for all members will be automatically drafted every 30 days from the card information provided on file.

   - The payment will occur 30 days from the date you signed up, so please take note accordingly.

Payment Failure:

   - In the event that your initial payment does not process successfully, you will receive an email requesting you to update your payment information.

   - After the second unsuccessful attempt, if your payment still does not process, your membership will be canceled.


Re-Enrollment:

   - If your membership is canceled due to non-payment, you have the opportunity to re-enroll during open enrollment periods at the current membership price.

   - Please note that re-enrollment does not guarantee access to bonus content or special offers that may have been available during your previous membership.

We strive to provide a seamless payment experience to ensure uninterrupted access to your membership benefits. It is important to keep your payment information up to date to avoid any disruption in service. If you have any questions or need assistance regarding payment updates, please contact our customer support team.


III. Event Tickets:

   - If you have purchased a ticket for one of our events, our refund policy is as follows:

     - Refund requests made [14 days] prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.

     - Refund requests made within [7 days] of the event may be subject to a partial refund or credit towards future events, at our discretion.

     - Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours or on the day of the event.


Event Registration Policy


Before purchasing, ensure you are able to attend the event or experience and are registering under the correct name and e-mail. 


In-Person Event Check-In Policy:


Thank you for choosing to attend our private events. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please review the following policy:


Event Location:

   - The location of our private events will be disclosed to you after purchase.

   - On the day of the event, a greeter will be available at the check-in area to assist you.


Admission Requirements:

   - You do not need to print a paper ticket for admission.

   - Please have your electronic ticket and legal identification (I.D.) ready to present at the entrance.



Virtual Event Check-In Policy:

Thank you for registering for our virtual events. To ensure a seamless check-in process, please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:


Event Details:

   - The video conferencing details for our virtual events will be disclosed to you after purchase.

   - On the day of the event, you will receive a reminder email in your inbox containing the necessary information.


Timeliness and Name Display:

   - It is important to arrive on time for the virtual event.

   - Please display your name on your screen during the event, allowing our attendant to quickly identify you and admit you into the virtual room.


Camera and Muting:

   - Please ensure that your camera is turned on during the event to foster a sense of community and engagement.

   - If you arrive late, please mute yourself and wait for the host to provide further instructions.

Materials and Assistance:

   - Prior to the event, please download any materials that have been sent to you.

   - If you encounter any issues accessing the virtual room, please text us at 321-312-0632 during the event. Kindly note that we will not be able to respond to emails once the event has commenced.

IV. Event Recording and Replays:

   - Most events are not recorded, and your attendance is highly recommended.

   - Please refer to the event description to determine if the event will be recorded.

   - We kindly request that you refrain from emailing us to request a replay video. If a replay is available, it will be sent to all participants within 72 hours after the event and uploaded to your member dashboard here https://www.virtualassistantsbrunch.com/thevatoolbox or here https://www.virtualassistantsbrunch.com/challenges 

V. Courses or Workshops:

   - If you have enrolled in a course or workshop offered by Virtual Assistants Brunch Club, our refund policy is as follows:

    - Refund requests made [7 days] prior to the start of the course/workshop will be eligible for a full refund.

    - Refund requests made within [3 days] of the start of the course/workshop may be subject to a partial refund, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred by Virtual Assistants Brunch Club.

     - After 72 hours or once the course/workshop has started, no refunds will be issued.


VI. Services and Digital Products:

   1. Refund policies for services and digital products, such as ebooks or online resources, courses, checklists, PDFs, etc. will be outlined at the time of purchase. Please refer to the specific refund policy provided for the respective service or product. No refund will be issued for any digital product that has been delivered, irregardless if it has been opened, used and downloaded. All sales are final. 


  1. Physical or Tangible Products: Products ordered at our VAB Online Store are fulfilled in the US via a third party service provider. If you're not 100% satisfied with your physical order, let us know and we'll make it right. Refunds are on a case by case basis.  



VII. Age Requirement: 


Policy for Adults-Only Events:

We appreciate your interest in attending our adults-only events. To ensure a suitable environment for all attendees, we have implemented the following policy:

  1. Age Restriction:

    • Guests must be 18 years of age or older to attend our adults-only events.

    • Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend.

  2. Age Verification for Alcohol Consumption:

    • If alcoholic beverages are served during the event, guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume them.

    • All attendees wishing to consume alcoholic beverages must present a valid form of identification as proof of age.

    • Please have your ID available and be prepared to show it upon request.

  3. Compliance and Responsibility:

    • Guests are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding age restrictions and the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

    • It is the responsibility of each attendee to drink responsibly and ensure their own well-being during the event.


By attending our adults-only event, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and appropriate atmosphere for all participants.

VIII. Policy for Family Events: Members Attending with Children Under 18


At our family events, we welcome members to attend with their children under 18 years of age to create an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all. To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved, we have established the following policy:

  1. Supervision:

    • Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event.

    • Please ensure that your children are always within your sight and under your direct supervision.

  2. Behavior:

    • We kindly request that children attending the event adhere to appropriate behavior and treat others with respect and courtesy.

    • Parents or legal guardians are responsible for managing and addressing any disruptive behavior displayed by their children.

  3. Safety Measures:

    • Please familiarize yourself with any safety guidelines or specific instructions provided for the event, especially concerning children's activities or areas.

    • It is important to prioritize the safety of your children and ensure they are not engaging in activities that may pose a risk to themselves or others.

  4. Liability:

    • Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for the actions and well-being of their children during the event.

    • The event organizers and venue will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents involving children attending the event.

  5. Age Restrictions:

    • Some events may have specific age restrictions or guidelines for participation in certain activities. Please review the event details or consult with event organizers for any age-related restrictions or recommendations.

By attending the family event with your children, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees.

IX. Code of Conduct Violation: 

Members found violating our terms, policies or community guidelines will be removed, no questions asked. Read our guidelines to remain compliant.


To request a refund, please reach out to our customer support team at [email address or contact information]. In your refund request, please include the following details:


- Your full name and contact information

- Description of the product, service, or event for which you are seeking a refund

- Reason for the refund request


Please allow [7-10 business days] for us to process your refund request and respond to you with the outcome. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
