
[ORLANDO,FL -Released August 30, 2021] - Virtual Assistants Brunch Club (also goes by the name V.A.B.) is a social club and VA network that serves the official brunch community of virtual assistants in the industry.
Their mission is to empower virtual assistants with the resources and support they need to thrive and become leaders in their industry.
They have 300+ members and allies in our network and our online VAB community has 340+ members with nearly a quarter engaging on a weekly basis. The majority of their members work from home or remotely, have 1 to 3 years of experience, identify as Gen-Xers or millennials and joined Virtual Assistants Brunch Club through word of mouth or social media. They work with both VA companies and bossbabe networks and women in business groups to build virtual-centered spaces that revolve around career advice, recruiting, mentorship and networking in order to comprehensively affect change in the VA industry.
Virtual Assistants Brunch announced their Internship/Mentoring Program for Virtual Asistants just getting started in the industry and want eperience in Admin, Marketing and Tech. They are looking for Interns to join their team this Fall. The right candidate will be responsible for managing the successful planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up from VAB virtual events.
In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of our 300+ person community, renowned industry speakers, and amazing sponsors to create memorable & engaging virtual experiences.

Fanatical About Attention to Detail: Consistently engaging the community with high quality events requires doing millions of little things correctly in the right order
Process Focused: We've engaged our community with more than 10 virtual events - we've got the playbooks and structure to make them consistently successful - you thrive in that type of structured, process-oriented environment
Excellent at Project Management: Keeping the trains running on time is second nature for you; staying focused on the right things at the right time is key to making events happen
An A+ Communicator: Crafting messaging that is clear, concise, and adds value to the audience is key - our community members are busy - you can help them understand if an experience is for them using the written word
Excited about educating others: Virtual events are how we help our community learn from experts and learn from each other, they're not "just another webinar"
Cool Under Pressure: Events are chaos, you can remain calm when something breaks, a panelist is missing, Zoom crashes, and an attendee / sponsor is unhappy
Minimum Tech Skills Required
G-Suite and Google (Word, Sheets, Forms, Calendar, Workspace is a plus, etc.)

Job Requirements
Must live in the United States (U.S. based Virtual Assistants only)
Able to handle assistant or administrative, creative and tech responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP and other technology tools
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
Solid organizational skills
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Must have a computer/laptop and secure and reliable Internet connection
Must have a professional social media presence and proven track record of social media management
Commitment Requirements
Able to work a flexible schedule and join our team for the entire 12 weeks period
Able to attend live trainings and team meetings (Monday 11am EST up to 60 minutes) for the entire 12 weeks period
Weekly training schedule will be posted in your Workspace
New Hire Orientation Monday 11am-12pm EST
12-Week Mentorship Program (group participation required)
1:1 Individual Coaching Call - scheduled on your own time via our scheduling calendar. You must schedule at least 8 coaching calls to pass the program.
Team meetings are mandatory. Please do not apply if you are unable to attend our weekly team
