You are ready to hire the right Virtual Assistant, but you don’t have a clue where to start. You're tired of searching VA companies to find quality VAs; you’re not sure who to hire and how to add them to your team.
Let’s start with: What should you do before hiring a VA to work in your business? We discussed that in today’s post. Keep reading.

Why hire a VA?
You want to focus on what you love to do and hand over the rest to your Virtual Assistant.
You have the budget to add on a new team member.
You have enough work to keep your VA busy and a to-do list ready to delegate.
How do you know you’re ready to hire?
You have implemented systems and processes in your business, or you're looking for someone to help you do just that and manage it all for you
You have standard operating procedures in place, and you are ready to hire and train someone to take over your daily mundane tasks so you can focus on money-generating activities in your business
7 Steps to hiring a VA:
First, systemize your business before hiring
Then, create standard operating procedures or an employee manual
Next, automate as much of your process
Now ask yourself: why am I hiring, and what position am I hiring for? e.g., Support role, a sales role, or a consultant role
Also, ask yourself: What is the return on the investment? Can I afford to hire someone?
If so, create a monthly budget and write out a job description of what you need help with
Finally, interview candidates. Choose the right person. Set your VA up for success by onboarding and training them properly and sharing your expectations, goals, and requirements.
The ultimate goal: to hire to grow and execute your bigger vision
