Picture this: you're in the middle of a crucial client call, but the minutes are ticking away, and you have another important meeting lined up. What do you do? How can you gracefully handle the situation without leaving your client feeling neglected? 🤔

Try to schedule your meetings with a buffer. This allows you some wiggle room to finish up one meeting and get ready for the next.

2. Set Expectations

Right at the beginning of the meeting, politely mention the time constraints and the next call you need to attend. This way, everyone is on the same page.
