Join Our VABulous Team!

We are looking for Vabulous Virtual Assistants to Join Our Team! 

New team members will receive one-year free access membership to The VA Toolbox and VA Brunch Club. You do not need to be an official member to apply for a position.  

All positions are for local Orlando Florida Residents only and are unpaid positions. Please read what we're looking for and the job descriptions for each available position below before applying.

What we're looking for?

We are getting a local team together to execute the next part of our vision. We need local team members who can help VAB run smoothly behind the scenes but also locally in the City of Orlando Florida. 


We will host a "team huddle" in Orlando once a month to touch base on our projects, work together, and cheer each other on. Team huddles are a great way to build team momentum and collaboration!

REQUIREMENTS 


You must live in Orlando, Florida or its surrounding areas. - You must be willing to drive to different spots around town such as Lake Buena Vista, Doctor Phillips, Windermere, Winter Garden, Winter Park, International Drive (I-Drive), The Mall at Millenia, Downtown/Lake Eola, Lake Mary and Sanford for events, photoshoots, adult field trips, etc. 

You must be able to travel occasionally outside of Orlando to nearby cities such as Tampa, Miami/Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville for scheduled brunch tours. If you are unwilling to travel this position may not be ideal for you.

Mandatory monthly in person team meetings scheduled in advance so you can save it on your calendar.

This position will be to join our Event Committee board which pays in promotions and opportunities for exposure and growth. Unfortunately, it is not a paid position but is filled with tons of perks.

Executive Virtual Assistant to CEO/Chair

The Executive Virtual Assistant to the Chair is a pivotal role. It is the central point of club administration, handling all club correspondence. It is a high profile role that has a major impact on the efficient and effective management of the club.

You will be given Back Office Management privileges if you are interested in joining our Event Committee.

This position is for someone who is located within 20 miles of Orlando, Florida and doesn't mind traveling. We will meet up and host team meetings and activities at local coffee shops, restaurants, and coworking spaces, and explore the city of Orlando. This is your chance to be a part of the movement and make history with us. 

*Must be able to attend all team and committee meetings and events. Attendance is required. We value strategic planning and an action taker! Team meetings are held bi-weekly and events are held monthly and quarterly. A full schedule of events will be provided. 

(Orlando, Florida resident only) 

Social Media Manager 

Candidate will perform the following: 

  • Connect with guests and bring energy to the room

  • Have an online presence and be able to use Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. 

  • Take photos and get screenshots of guests during the event

  • Write captivating captions, capture photos and videos on your phone to share on our event page

  • Upload and share content on social media using the Virtual Assistants Brunch hashtags and mentions, tag @virtualassistantsbrunch and our speakers in Stories and Feed. 

  • Send all content to the host post-event 

  • Active social media presence required

  • This position is for someone who is located within 20 miles of Orlando, Florida and doesn't mind traveling. We will meet up and host team meetings and activities at local coffee shops, restaurants, and coworking spaces, and explore the city of Orlando. Marketing Director

This position may have other names such as Promotions Officer or Press Officer. The position is an important one because it promotes the activities of the club with the aim of increasing membership, raising income or improving the club’s reputation.

You will be given CRM and Marketing Management privileges if you are interested in joining our Event Committee.

*Must have at least 1 year expereince in Website, Blog, Content Creation, Social Media and Marketing experience. Training will be provided.

Volunteer Coordinator

The volunteer coordinator is a vital role in any club. You will be recruiting volunteers join the club and must understand volunteers join for many different reasons, so you must make the club as appealing as possible.

You will be in charge of managing volunteers at our live in-person or virtual event.

This position is for someone who is located within 20 miles of Orlando, Florida and doesn't mind traveling. We will meet up and host team meetings and activities at local coffee shops, restaurants, and coworking spaces, and explore the city of Orlando. This is your chance to be a part of the movement and make history with us. You will be given Admin privileges if you are interested in joining our Event Committee.

*Must be able to attend all team and committee meetings and events. Attendance is required. We value strategic planning and an action taker! Team meetings are held bi-weekly and events are held monthly and quarterly. A full schedule of events will be provided.
